【Criminal Facts】

At around 06:50 on November 26, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the “D” reading room of the 4th floor located in the Geumcheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) stored the 1,300,000 won of Samsung Nowon-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to the 1,300,000 won in the gate; and (b) cut off the Defendant, by continuously intrusion into the 9th floor Fho Lake, and then cutting off the Defendant, at around 07:30 on November 26, 2018, the Defendant saved the 850,000 won of the market price (EOS 750D, examination) in the gate.

On December 19, 2018, around 07:33, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the International University Living Science University H located in Busan District, Busan District, and stolen it with the victim K's KRW 400,000, market price of KRW 360,000, and the market price of KRW 360,00,00, which was located within the Defendant's inside the lecture room.

As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to two or more penalties due to larceny, etc., and again stolen the property amounting to KRW 2,960,000 on three occasions within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
