Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the police interrogation of the accused;

1. Application of the statutes on the register of driver's licenses;

Taking into account the following circumstances: Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act regarding criminal facts; Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Act on the Selection of Penalty; the Defendant was punished for driving without obtaining a license prior to the date of sentencing of imprisonment; in particular, even if the Defendant was issued a summary order on January 2018, he/she also carried out driving without obtaining a license four months after the issuance of the summary order.
