A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
No. 1 or 2 of the evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
On March 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the theft criminal records are six times.
1. On May 5, 2019, at around 17:54, the Defendant: (a) 17:54, the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seodaemun-gu B Apartment Prize D, operated by the victim D; and (b) carried the entrance door gate gate locked to steal the property by an unlocked method; (c) obstructed the victim’s structure and stolen it, but did not commit attempted crimes because there was no stolen article.
2. On May 6, 2019, at around 11:54, the Defendant came to the house of the victim G located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and entered the house of the victim G, thereby putting the window of the first floor toilet, leaving the house, and intending to steal the property owned by the victim by entering the house of another person, thereby infringing on another person’s residence, but the Defendant attempted to steal the property owned by the victim, but was found to have attempted to escape through the gate.
3. On May 15, 2019, at around 03:11, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window on the outer wall in order to steal property at the “L store” operated by the victim K in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu; (b) opened a toilet window on the outer wall in order to steal property; (c) went into the store through the window; and (d) removed cash of KRW 100,000 in the safe of the accounting unit, thereby thefting another’s property.
5. On May 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:05, in order to steal property from the “O” restaurant operated by the Victim N in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
