B. The Defendant Company did not pay 54,912,726 won in total, including the Plaintiff’s wage and retirement allowances corresponding to the period of service from March 2017 to January 2018, until then without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

C. The Defendant Company is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of 54,912,726 won and damages for delay calculated by 20% per annum from February 15, 2018 to the date of full payment after 14 days from the date following the retirement of the Plaintiff.
