1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On June 1, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) went into the E Eart operated by the victim D in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and went into the said Eart through an open entrance, and invaded into the structure managed by the victim.

B. On July 2, 2017, around 05:00, the Defendant, at around 05:0, walked with the 'H’ operated by the victim G in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and went into the said main shop, and intruded with the structures managed by the victim.

On July 7, 2017, at around 05:15, the Defendant opened a 'K' office operated by the victim J in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was operated by the victim J, and entered the office and intruded into the building managed by the victim.

2. On June 6, 2017, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) went to the “E Et” operated by the victim D in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) opened the said Et through the entrance open between the victim’s diving and opened the said Et; and (c) 30,000 won in cash, which was kept in the said Kitter’s safe, and stolen.

In addition, the Defendant thefted money and valuables worth approximately KRW 3,353,270 by the same method over a total of 13 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around that time to July 8, 2017.

3. On July 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Computer, etc. and Credit Financial Business: (a) settled KRW 20,000 of the usage fee of the PC using an unmanned settlement device in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L and 3rd MPC room; (b) the Defendant, as if the Defendant was the lawful owner of the N’s new physical card, entered the PC information and processed the information without authority, thereby barring the Defendant from paying KRW 20,000 of the PC use fee; and (c) used the stolen debit card.
