However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 7, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for special larceny in the Daejeon District Court on October 7, 2015, and such judgment became final and conclusive on October 15, 2015.

On May 29, 2015, the case was sent by the Juvenile Department of the Daejeon District Court (the case was sent on May 29, 2015), E (the case was sent on the juvenile protection case), F (the case was sent on May 29, 2015), and the victim H in the Daejeon Pungdong on May 6, 2015, which was operated by the victim H, around 02:40 on May 6, 2015, the Defendant, C, and D reported the network in their surroundings, and E, and F, by opening the entrance in a way that the entrance was opened at hand and intrusioned into the entrance, with two cell phones in an amount equivalent to KRW 9,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s possession on their books, and by thefting them with two cell phoness and two cell phoness in an amount equivalent to the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim H's property together with C, D, E, and F.

On May 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with the above C, D, E, and F; (b) on May 6, 2015, at around 01:15, the Defendant, C, and D was an agent operating the Victim K in Daejeon Seo-guJ; (c) the Defendant, C, and C, E, and F attempted to cut the door door of the said L agency by hand, but failed to bring the warning system on the wind; and (d) attempted to cut off the mobile phone agent at least three times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the victims' property together with C, D, E, and F.
