The Defendant leased No. 102 of the 1st floor of the building owned by the Defendant from the Defendant in Ischeon City, and used it as E construction business offices by the Defendant. On July 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used dump trucks to store soil and waste in front of the above office site; and (b) obstructed the business affairs of the victims by force by blocking access to the office by means of contact with the wire network.
