1. As to KRW 138,273,972 and KRW 100,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from August 23, 2019 to February 6, 2020.

Partial claim rejection: Although based on the Plaintiff’s assertion, the overdue interest rate of the instant transfer claim is 11% per annum; thus, the portion exceeding 11% per annum from August 23, 2019, the day following the base date for calculating the amount of the instant claim, to February 6, 2020, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case, is without merit.
