1. The reasons why the court of the trial of the first instance stated in this case are as follows: Gap evidence 6-1 and 2, which is not sufficient to admit the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted by the court of the first instance, shall be rejected; and "294,838,160 won" in the first instance judgment of the first instance shall be deemed as "294,838,161 won" in the first instance judgment of the first instance as "294,838,161 won," and therefore, it shall be cited as it is the reasons for the judgment of the first instance.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
