1. The defendant shall pay 26,90,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 5, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the remainder of KRW 26,900,000 remaining after receiving partial reimbursement of KRW 2,60,000 from January 2, 2015 to February 16, 2016, out of KRW 29,50,000 for loans extended to the Defendant on July 24, 2006 by the Plaintiff on the ground of the claim
