Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall infringe author's property right or other property rights protected pursuant to this Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or production of derivative works.
Nevertheless, around July 11, 2018, the Defendant connected “B”, which is an Internet file sharing site, and distributed film “D”, which is a cinematographic work with exclusive publication right, to enable many unspecified persons to download without permission by the victim-related dispute resolution committee.
Accordingly, the defendant infringed the victim's property right.
