1. Defendant D:
(a)an extension of the attached appraisal map drawn up on the ground of the land listed in the annexed sheet;
1. Basic facts
A. As to the land indicated in the attached list, on December 14, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer of one third of the shares in the future of the Plaintiffs was completed on February 27, 2019 on the ground that the registration of creation of the right to collateral security, which is the FF association of the right to collateral security, was made in the name of debt under the name of debt.
B. One building of 72 square meters on the ground, each of which is linked in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 of the attached Table Nos. 1, 72 square meters on the ground and 7,8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 7 of the attached Table Nos. 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, and 7 of the attached Table No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, and 1 is owned by each of Defendant D.
C. The appraised value of the land listed in the separate sheet in the auction procedure is KRW 259,793,000, and the monthly rent is at least KRW 1,08,280,000,000, which is paid by the Plaintiffs as the successful bid price.
Defendant E occupies each above building.
