1. Fraud;

A. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant issued a bill equivalent to KRW 45,100,000,000 issued by October 21, 2015, and delivered to the victim a bill by issuing a bill in an amount equivalent to KRW 45,10,00,00 for the said half of the price on the day of the contract deposit, stating that the Defendant supplied the victim a total of KRW 90,20,000,000 for stone materials necessary for the charnel Park and the CMF’s aggregate for the charnel Park and the Jeju-si University University to supply it to the victim.

The Defendant borrowed money to FF, etc. to operate the company with a loan of about 2 billion won, and there was no intention or ability to pay the above bill price paid to the victim properly.
