A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of four months, for a short of two months, and for a fine of 600,000
A fine shall not be paid by the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with C on May 30, 2017, lent a siren to her possession by obtaining a type of driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency in the Gyeonggi-do National Police Agency in which his photograph is attached, at the examination site of the Korea Road Traffic Authority located in Ansan-si, and at the examination site of the Korea Road Traffic Authority located in Dong.
1. On September 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the E point (hereinafter “E”); (b) drafted a vehicle lease contract for G stststststet car as a second driver; (c) written “C” in the second driver’s name column of the said contract; and (d) signed it next to that; and (c) presented H’s staff members of the said rental contract for the forged vehicle at the same time, as seen above, as if the contract was concluded genuinely by visiting the E point (hereinafter “E”); and (d) drafted a vehicle lease contract for Gstet car as a second driver of the said contract.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the vehicle lease contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.
2. On September 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the said G rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 15 km from the road in front of the public announcement of the Sindo-dong, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si around 19:00 on the same day to the road in front of the parking lot adjacent to movable churches, and from the road in front of the parking lot.
3. On September 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) while driving the said G rocketing car on September 18:47, 2017 and driving the said G rocketing car, and driving the 427 Ansan bus terminal distance at the top of the Ansan City, Masan-ro, Masan-ro, Masan-si; (b) the Defendant was faced with a traffic accident under the J. 19 years of stop at the front of the signal signal signal signal immediately before the Defendant; (c) on the same day, the said rocketing car was stolen at the police station located at the Ansan-si, Masan-gu, Masan-si on the same day for the purpose of hiding the fact of driving without the license.
