A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The charge of special injury among the facts charged in the instant case is acquitted.
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On December 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by the Seoul Northern District Court for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Sungdong Detention House on June 23, 2015.

1. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) collected a ice bridge (65 cm in length, 5 cm in diameter) of the ice lease material, which is a dangerous object removed and taken off from a book located at the office of sale in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that J, the representative of the victim I, was not able to withdraw the sales office at the office of sale in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) around 09:40 on November 6, 2015, the Defendant was accompanied by the Defendant 800,000 Nowon-gu, the market value of which is the victim’s ownership.

2. The Defendant damaged property as the owner of the “H” new building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and as a matter of the construction cost, there was an occurrence with the victim corporation, ampample, ample and Ma.
On March 10, 2016, around 09:30, the Defendant returned the direction of photographing CCTV installed on the side of the building’s outer wall at the construction site of new building at the site of new building, and entered the wall beyond the fence, and the victim company removed two copies of banners equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 from the center of the outer wall to exercise the right of retention, and damaged the utility by leaving them into the waste box.

3. The Defendant damaged property is the owner of the building of “H” new building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and as a matter of construction cost, there was a dispute with K Co., Ltd. with the construction cost.
On April 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the construction site of “H” new building at around 0:00; and (b) at the construction site, the market price installed at the entrance of the damaged contractor L, the audit of the damaged contractor, destroyed by fishing, and damaged the locks equivalent to KRW 10,000,000; and (c) cable lines (three compacts) at the market price of KRW 400,000.
