The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s face in front of the apartment management office of the apartment complex of 50 ambro 15:40, Cheongju-gu, Seoul, a considerable amount of Cheongju-ro, 15:40, and assaulted the victim’s face by her hand on the ground that the victim B (63 Dop) expressed this bath.
2. The judgment dismissing a public prosecution that is submitted to this court on December 3, 2018 (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act) by stating the victim’s non-guilty intent to punish the victim (Article 260 subparag. 3 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
