On June 21, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet’s bulletin board “Sales of Aphone 6 Smartphones” on June 21, 2017, the Defendant sent KRW 135,000 as the price for the goods from the victim D who reported and contacted the above notice to the victim D, and received KRW 135,00 as the price for the goods from the victim.
From that time until August 22, 2017, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims by the above method, received total of KRW 4,050,000 from the victims on a total of 21 occasions, as shown in the List of Crimes 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the new service contract in H name.
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, sent one copy of the new service contract in the H’s name, which was forged as set out in paragraph 1, to the mobile phone agent M. as if the document was duly formed.
On April 21, 2017, the Defendant posted a false letter on the Internet portal site, NAVV bulletin board, NAV, stating that the Defendant would deliver goods to the victim N who reported and contacted the above article.
However, facts are that the defendant has paid goods from the injured party.
