1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached Form to the plaintiff, and KRW 1 million per month from May 31, 2015 to the above delivery date.

Reasons

1. Claim for delivery of a building on September 1, 2014, which was made on September 11, 2014, on the ground that the lease agreement (a lease deposit KRW 20 million, monthly rent KRW 1 million) was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and claim for overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
