Punishment of the crime
On March 02, 2018, at around 02:18, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 211 (Sapvis-dong) of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, with a vehicle driver's license from around 500 meters to the roads in front of the fireworks, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.159%, without obtaining a vehicle driver's license from around 500 meters to the roads in front of the fireworks.
