Defendant B is the owner of “F”, which is a similar trading business in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and Defendant C is the head of marina office employed in the above business, and Defendant A is the head of Defendant B.

From April 2019 to September 23, 2019, Defendant B received KRW 100,000 from an unspecified number of customers who found the said similar activity in operating the said similar activity place, and had a female employee C, etc. who found the said business place engage in a similar sexual act by forcing the male son, etc. who found his/her sexual organ as his/her hand to look at the said place of sexual organ, thereby arranging sexual traffic.

On March 1, 2019, Defendant A lent the name in preparation for the control of the police from B to B, and even if the police is subsequently controlled, the Defendant knew of the fact that B operated a similar trading business establishment upon request of the Defendant’s employer, and gave consent thereto. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant concluded a lease contract with G with the lessor at the said business establishment as the lessee at the said business establishment, and assisted the said B by changing the name of the business operator on the business registration certificate from the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu’s business name to its own name.

3. No one shall engage in any similar sexual intercourse in return for promising an unspecified person to receive or promise to receive money, valuables or other property benefits.

Nevertheless, on September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on September 23, 2019, received KRW 50,000 out of KRW 100,000,00,000, which was paid by H as a customer, as the price for sexual traffic; and (b) had engaged in sexual traffic with the Defendant’s hand, intending to scam his sexual organ with the Defendant’s hand, and repeatedly engaged in sexual intercourse under the following conditions.
