A. On August 16, 2007, the Plaintiff leased KRW 242,00,000 to the Defendant on November 16, 2013 at the interest rate applied by the Plaintiff on the date of expiry of the loan.

B. On or after July 29, 2013, the Defendant did not pay interest on the said loan, and on September 16, 2014, KRW 242,00,000 of the loan principal as of September 16, 2014, the agreed interest rate of KRW 2,060,446 of the loan principal as of September 16, 201, overdue interest of KRW 32,261,87 of the agreed interest rate of KRW 276,322,323 of the agreed interest rate still remains without repayment. The interest rate of delay determined by the Plaintiff is

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 276,322,323 won and delay damages for the loan principal of 242,00,000 won.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
