1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 25, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 119,80,00 to the Defendant from February 16, 2009 to June 2010, but the Defendant paid KRW 33,000,000 among the principal from February 16, 2009 to October 1, 2010, the Plaintiff paid KRW 17,20,000 for interest from April 28, 2009 to December 29, 2010 (However, this was appropriated to the principal), and the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 69,60,000 to the Defendant for delay damages at a rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Facilitation of Legal Proceedings, etc. from the day following the delivery of the application for modifying the purport of the claim to the day of complete payment.
