1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,01,514 as well as KRW 17,441,129 among them, from May 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff loaned 18 million won to the defendant on December 11, 2013 by setting the interest rate of 29.2% per annum, overdue interest rate of 39% per annum, and maturity of 11 December 2018. After the defendant's failure to pay the agreed principal and interest, the defendant lost its interest due date. As of May 21, 2015, the unpaid interest and interest amount of 26,01,514 won (the principal and interest of 17,441,129, interest rate of 8,560,385 won) are 26,01,514 won (the principal and interest of 17,001,514 won and the principal of 17,441,29 won per annum from the above base date to the date of repayment. According to the above acknowledged facts, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated by 30% from May 29, 29, 2015.
