The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On December 29, 2015, the Defendant reported that the victim C(20 years of age) in front of the Yong-Nam building, Hancheon-ro 139-ro 42, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, 2015, was an assault against the victim’s right-hand knife with the victim’s hand floor in the process of reporting that the victim C (20 years of age) contests with the female-friendly body
2. Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act (an indication of non-existence of punishment on September 6, 2016, which is after the institution of public prosecution);
