On January 2, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I would sell an IBD game account” by accessing the game-related Internet transaction site “IB” at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and that “I would inform the victim C of the ID number if I would send KRW 50,000 to 50,000.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to transfer the account even if he has received the money from the damaged person.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 50,000 won from the victim's money account (D) in the name of the defendant on the same day.
