Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

No one shall convert a preserved mountainous district into a mountainous district without obtaining permission from the competent authority for conversion of such mountainous district.

Nevertheless, on October 2017, the Defendant damaged the forest by using a spoke in the preservation area of the square meter of 49 meters adjacent to Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, for the purpose of removing farming roads and creating drainage channels.

As a result, the defendant damaged mountainous districts and caused a forest recovery cost of 7.10,000 won.
