If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

At around 18:00 on December 10, 201, the Defendant participated in the night culture system of the fourth party and the principal country of the 4th party and the principal country in progress by holding a “B Headquarters” in the Cheong River that is in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved along with approximately 1,200 participants in other assemblies with the audience, and occupied six lanes in front of the road at around 20:10 on the same day. At around 20:10 on the same day, the Defendant continued to move along with other participants in other assemblies until 20:47 on the same day, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by running along the vehicle to South-west-west-west-ro through the on-site and new world department store.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
