A. On November 28, 1997, Defendant B had a 9,228 square meters, E 90 square meters, and a 1002 square meters, before F, prior to D on November 28, 1997 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”). The same year is applicable to each of the instant lands

9.24. Completion of the registration of ownership transfer by sale.

B. Since then, Defendant B provided each of the instant lands as joint collateral to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation on March 12, 2003, each of the instant mortgages of KRW 15,000,000 with the maximum debt amount (each of the instant mortgages was received; hereinafter “each of the instant mortgages”) and KRW 75,00,000 with the maximum debt amount (each of the instant mortgages was received) on December 7, 2011 to G, and H on December 7, 2011, each of the instant mortgages of KRW 75,000,000 with the maximum debt amount (No. 6289, Dec. 7, 2011).

C. On April 9, 2013, according to the obligee G’s voluntary decision to commence the auction of each of the instant land upon the obligee’s application, the auction procedure was commenced on April 9, 2013. The Plaintiff purchased each of the instant land on March 11, 2014 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 19, 2014.

Of each of the lands in this case, 1.61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 8, 68, 70, 71, and 66 of the attached drawings owned by the Defendant B on the D ground of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, the number of which is indicated in the attached drawings 57, 58, 59, 60, 57 and 81 square meters, and 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 68, 8, and 61 without permission for storage of the steel panel, and 1.43 square meters, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 75, and 66, 30, 364, 364, 47, 47, 45, 364, 47, 364, 47, 364, 47, 47, and 666.
