The defendants are Chinese people who recruit Chinese people who want to sleep in the casino for their own business and work as a transfer set to the E hotelF casino in Jeju City D, and G, H and I (the suspension of indictment on the same day) are Chinese people who are employed as subordinate staff under the direction of the defendants.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) recommended the victim J (year 46) who is a Chinese policeman at early July 2015 to gamble in the said casino, and let the victim depart from the Republic of Korea on July 12, 2015 and arrive at the Jeju Port provided by the State on the same day, and let the victim take gambling at around the same day. Defendants, and the above G, H, and I found to be the above hotel 628 rooms where the victim was accommodated at around 15:00 on July 14, 2015, and Defendant A provided that “I shall pay the borrowed money” to the victim.
