A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet on real estate (hereinafter “instant land”) was the original L owned land. On June 14, 2013, registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of M, N and Plaintiff, Defendant C, D, E, H, and F, the heir of L.

(M), the respective shares of the Plaintiff, Defendant C, D, and E are 7/42, N owned shares are 3/42, H, and F shares are 2/42, respectively. (b)

L, however, around May 15, 1963, donated the entire land of this case to the Plaintiff. Since that time, the Plaintiff started cultivation from the land of this case and has occupied the land of this case until now.

C. Therefore, the Plaintiff acquired prescription around December 31, 1990, as the Plaintiff sought all of the instant land.

N created Defendant H and F, and died on September 5, 2016, between N andO, and Defendant H and F are the successors.

[1/2 of each statutory inheritance, Defendant H and F’s respective shares in the land of this case (=4/84/84/100)] E.

M was created by P, Defendant G, I, and J between Defendant K, who is a legal wife, and died on January 29, 2015, and the heir is P, Defendant G, I, and J.

(Defendant K has divorced from M on January 14, 1995, and P, Defendant G, I, and J each statutory share of inheritance 1/4). P died on July 12, 2015 thereafter, and P’s heir is a mother Defendant K.

[The shares held by Defendant K, G, I, and J as to the land of this case are each owned by 1/24(= M ownership shares 7/42 x each statutory inheritance share 1/4)]

F. Therefore, the Defendants are liable for the Plaintiff to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on December 31, 1990 with respect to each ownership share in the instant land (each ownership share is indicated in the separate sheet of ownership).
