Defendant A, from Jun. 22, 2016 to Jun. 22, 2016, is a person engaging in the sexual traffic arrangement business under the trade name of Jel 5 and 6th floor of Daejeon, Daejeon, by leasing a room room of the sixth floor. Defendant D, from Jul. 2, 2016 to Jul. 22, 2016, performed the business of arranging sexual traffic as above, while engaging in the said business of arranging sexual traffic, he/she assisted the said business of arranging sexual traffic, and the Defendant B, who was employed by the said business from Jun. 22, 2016 to be an employee of the said business of arranging sexual traffic, and Defendant C is a hotel operating the said "Jel" from Jun. 10, 2016.

Defendant A posted a job offer advertisement to the effect that “L,” etc. on the Internet website “L,” thereby employing women who reported and contact the advertisement as employees of sexual traffic, advertised women’s propy, etc. through Internet site “M”, “N, etc., and guide them to a single place where many unspecified male employees waiting to report and contact the advertisement, thereby allowing customers to engage in sexual traffic and sexual intercourse, and having them pay part of the sexual traffic price to employees of sexual traffic.

Accordingly, on August 5, 2016, the Defendant received 140,000 won for commercial sex acts from O, a customer, around 19:30 on August 5, 2016, and arranged to perform sexual sex acts by providing guidance as 502 to the above Jmotour where P (tentative name Q) is an employee of commercial sex acts. From June 22, 2016 to August 5, 2016, the Defendant employed R (tentative name S), P (Ga name Q), and T (Ga name U) an employee of commercial sex acts for 972 occasions in the above manner as seen above, and arrange for commercial sex acts to receive 130,000 won per hour from unspecified male customers for payment of 140,00 won for commercial sex acts, and thereby raising sales equivalent to 129,930,00 won in total by raising sales, etc.
