The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Around 22:00 on August 5, 2020, the Defendant was provided with the victim C (the 59-year old-old), who was located in Sungnam-si A (the 59-year-old), with an intention or ability to pay the food cost, and was engaged in the act as if the Defendant would normally pay the food cost without having the intent or ability to pay the food cost even after ordering the order, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount after being provided with the victim’s product and the owner’s product.

2. The Defendant, at around 23:40 on the same day as indicated in paragraph (1), committed an indecent act by force by force, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant’s act by force: (b) the Defendant said that “I would come to do funeral in this Dong and Donge. On August 6, 2020, at around 00:03, the Defendant was arrested as a criminal act such as fraud, etc., and was transferred to the E Team office of the Sungnam Police Station E Team office of the 1259 Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and released at around 02:15 on the same day.
