The c’C’s “C” management center closed its business around December 2015 due to the enemy’s deficit, and the amount received from the members of the Haitice Center was used for refund of the registration fees of the c’s “C” management store closed, and the Defendant was not used for the operation of the Haitice Center due to the expenditure related to the livestock industry in which the Defendant was personal, and thus, the Haitice Center was unable to pay monthly wages and public charges of some employees from March 2016 and was unable to continue to operate the Haitice Center.

Nevertheless, the defendant, from the opening of the above skin center to the local residents by distributing a leaflet to the effect that the registration fee at the time of registration of a long-term member is sharply discounted on a three-month basis for consecutive one year, six months, and three months from the opening of the above skin center.

Although the Defendant, from March 1, 2016 to September 13, 2016, was well aware that even if the customers who found the Defendant had been unable to continue to operate the said fee center for the said reasons, they cannot allow them to use the said fee center continuously for one year, six months, and three months as registered by the said members, even if they were registered as long-term members of the said fee center. However, around April 1, 2016, the Defendant, a customer, who was entirely unaware of the management situation of the said fee center, had the victim D, who was a customer, pay the fee of 3.60,00 won for a long-term use of the fee for six months from that time to September 13, 2016, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including having D, a total of 63 members pay the fee of use of the fee of the fee of the said fee center. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27505, Sep. 16, 2016>
