1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 144,839,080 and Defendant A Co., Ltd. from January 24, 2017.
Reasons
1. A claim filed by the Plaintiff for the payment of the price of solar-lights supplied to Defendant A Co., Ltd. from March 2015 to August 2015.
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant A Co., Ltd. only submitted an original copy of the payment order and did not submit a substantive written response, Defendant B was served with a duplicate of the complaint and did not submit any written response, and both were not present on the date for pleading, and therefore, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
