1. On August 24, 2014, around 12:00, the Defendant abused the victim F, an employee of the “E” store on the first floor of the D department store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, using the gaps in which the surveillance of his/her other customers was neglected, citing one G of the amount equivalent to KRW 360,000, the market price managed by the victim placed on the above store display stand.

2. On August 25, 2014, around 19:32, 2014, the Defendant laid down 14K gold bars in a paper room operated by the victim I on the fourth floor of the building, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, by using the gaps of surveillance of the victim's other customers by neglecting surveillance, and laid down 14K gold bars in the above store display stand, which is the victim's market value of KRW 3,00,000, which is 12.

3. On September 6, 2014, at around 17:09, the Defendant stolen the victim M, an employee, from the second floor of the K Building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance was neglected due to the fear of performing other duties, and by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim M, who is an employee, caused the above store display stand, one of the national defense exhibiters equivalent to KRW 129,000, the market price managed by the victim.

4. On September 6, 2014, at around 17:19, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting one color fix equivalent to KRW 79,000, the market price managed by the victim P, who was on the display stand of the above store, by using the gaps of surveillance by the employees who were on the part of other customers, at around 103 of the building 1st floor of the building, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

5. On September 6, 2014, around 17:20 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put the Plaintiff in a marb in the display stand operated by the victim Q Q, located in the building No. 101, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, by making use of the gaps in which the Victim Q, who was placed on the display stand, was negligent in surveillance with other customers; and (b) cut off the marb, which is equivalent to KRW 2,00,000, in the market price of the victim’s possession on the display stand, in a mar paper room where

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property equivalent to 5,568,90 won in total.
