1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 158,40,000 won and 120,000,000 won among them from April 1, 200 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff, on August 26, 2002, filed a lawsuit claiming payment of the above loan amounting to KRW 158,40,000 and KRW 20,000 as of December 4, 2003 of the same month against the defendant as of August 26, 2002, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 2% per month from April 1, 2004 to the day of full payment of principal amounting to KRW 12,00,000 (the plaintiff filed the lawsuit against the defendant for payment of the loan amounting to KRW 204,2867, Nov. 19, 2004, but the lawsuit of this case was finalized for the extension of prescription).
