1. The Defendant’s KRW 75,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from October 30, 2005 to September 19, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate were amended under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, and the legal interest rate was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim seeking an excess is dismissed.
