On November 18, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of indictment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on November 18, 2009, and on August 13, 2010, issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on August 13, 201.

On July 28, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.059% of blood alcohol concentration on July 28, 2016, driven B rocketing car at approximately 15 km from the front of the Lina plaza apartment apartment, which is instigates Gwangju Nam-gu, to the regular intersection in the Gandong-gu, Gwangju.
