1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest thereon from January 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On December 8, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 40 million to Defendant B Co., Ltd. on December 31, 2017 at the rate of 25% per annum on December 31, 2017 and the agreed rate of 25% per annum (the Plaintiff filed a claim for reduction of 24% per annum). At the time, Defendant C was jointly and severally and severally liable for the above loan debt of Defendant B
2. Defendant B corporation of applicable provisions of Acts: Defendant C is subject to Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (self-scamment judgment): Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
