Reasons

1. With respect to the loan of KRW 50,00 and its interest rate and KRW 100 million separately leased to C by the Plaintiff indicating the claim, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff on March 25, 201 to pay the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 180,000,000 to April 25, 2012, and the agreed amount based on the loan certificate issued by the Plaintiff and the damages for delay.
