1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,637,217 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On September 3, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied meat to the Defendant with the trade name of “B” and was not paid KRW 55,637,217 (27,579,174, 28,058,043) out of the price of the said goods; and (b) filed a claim against the Defendant for the price of the said goods 55,637,217 and the delay damages thereof by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
