Reasons
1. The judgment was rendered on February 3, 2005 that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,795,087,” which became final and conclusive around that time.”
After that, the expiration of the extinctive prescription period of the above claim was imminent, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the prescription period.
