1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached Form to the plaintiff, and 70,000 won per month from November 30, 2014 to the delivery date of the above building.

Reasons

1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated December 27, 2013 (a lease deposit amounting to KRW 10 million, KRW 700,000 per month), dated December 27, 2013, and claim for overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent, on the ground that the lease agreement was terminated as the rent in arrears.
