1. On April 10, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit amounting to KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 600,000 (including additional taxes), and from May 11, 2018 to May 10, 2020 with respect to a lease deposit amounting to KRW 242.62 square meters in the attached list among the buildings listed in the attached list, and delivered the said building to the Defendant, and the Defendant did not pay a rent under the said lease agreement from July 2018.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract. The Defendant is obligated to deliver the 4th floor of 242.62m2 from among the buildings listed in the attached Table list to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff a total of 3,000,000 won for the unpaid rent.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
