1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 103,259,49,494 and KRW 99,416,434 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3,843,060 on February 16, 2019.
The causes for the plaintiff's assertion are as shown in the attached Form, and evidence A 1 through 7 (including a serial number) and facts without dispute may be acknowledged by integrating all purport of the pleading.
If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 103,259,49,494 and 99,416,434 won from February 16, 2019, 3,843,060 won, which is the day following the delivery date of the written complaint, to the plaintiff, delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 8, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
