On May 27, 2017, the Defendant entered and resided in the Chinese nationality shipbuilding house, and tried to steals money and valuables by impairing the residence of another person whose living costs are insufficient at around June of the same year.

1. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went into the residence of the victim D (Woo, 39 years old) located in Young-gun, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do; (b) opened a window of the said house; and (c) entered the chip; and (d) brought a theft of KRW 300,000 in cash from the victim’s wnings on the front page of the chip; and (b) was stolen on June 27, 2017.

A. On July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:15 on July 3, 2017, when the victim F (n, 65 years of age) in Gangwon-gun E resides, the Defendant was waiting for the victim by opening the said house window and peeping the house; and (b) the Defendant was waiting for diving.

4. 00:10 경 위 주택의 담을 넘어 들어가 침입하고, 주택 내부와 연결된 창고를 통해 주택 내부로 들어가고자 하였으나 창고 안에 보관된 짐 때문에 여의치 않자, 주택 안방 창문을 열고 안으로 들어가고자 하였으나 이를 눈치 챈 피해 자가 소리를 지르자 도주하여 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.

B. On July 9, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant opened a window in the instant house where the victim H (41 S) located in Gangwon-gun G, Gangwon-do, and went into the said house and intruded into the said house, and did not bring about a loss due to the flachiing of the money and valuables from the locking, and did not bring about a attempted attempt.

At night, the Defendant, at around 02:00 on the same day as paragraph 2(a) of this Article, stolen the cash amounting to KRW 386,00,00, which was owned by the victim victim J(333) who was living in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, and was not corrected in the house, and entered into the house and was not corrected. The summary of the evidence was stolen.
