1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 85,932,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 29, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on August 21, 2015, supplied goods equivalent to KRW 88,352,00 (including value-added tax) to the Defendant on September 15, 2015, KRW 88,352,00 (including value-added tax) and issued an electronic tax invoice after subtracting KRW 2,420,00 out of the above price, so the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 88,352,00 (=352,000), and damages for delay.
