On September 3, 2017, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km from 0.129% of alcohol concentration in the blood transfusion to 0.129% of the foregoing vehicle in Annyang-si, Manyang-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annuri-ro, 1161.
