1. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant driven a DK7 car at a section of about 2 km from the road located in an infinite population below the applicable population in Permitted-si without obtaining a driver’s license to the road in front of the parking lot in the same Gu C in the same Gu B.

2. On May 3, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on May 3, 2013:35, driven DK7 vehicles from approximately 13 km to the front road of the Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office located in 301, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si.
