On June 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Cheongju District Court Support for Incheon District Court. On February 1, 2010, the Busan District Court sentenced a fine of five million won for larceny. On April 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion upon buildings, larceny, etc. at the Seoul East District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in a public prison on January 10, 201.

The Defendant: (a) intruded into a small-scale restaurant, etc. with no corrective device installed on the new wall to steals money and valuables; (b) from around 2:00 to around 3:00 on January 20, 2012, the Defendant opened the said restaurant toilet window which was not corrected at the “E restaurant” operated by the victim D in the Asia-si, Busan; and (c) intruded into the said restaurant, and carried 340,000 won in cash owned by the victim and carried out the said restaurant.

From that time, the Defendant habitually stolen property equivalent to KRW 7,907,40 on 77 occasions in total, as shown in the list of offenses, from that time to early April 2014.
